giuseppe, I don't want to be negative but IMO Fayiz will NOT give you any valuable information during the meeting. Rather he will say.. "I'll get back to you." He did that with me when I talked to him 1 year ago and he never got back to me and never returned my emails. He pulled the same con on Roundmot.
IMO what Round should have done is hire a $50 lawyer and bring him/her along with you. Don't forget what happened to Roundmot. Fayiz smoothed things over and strung him along like he was his friend for many months - and Round came up dry.
I'm sure that you could find a few investors (me included) who would give you the $50. Good luck.
