If Wave is successful in modifying its approach to bundling and can offer client side features up front with Dell for the buck or so like Intel (and offer extras optionally), it would go a long way towards minimizing the ongoing stock dilution and also I think make it easier to increase Wave's user mind share. I would think that even Dell could earn extra money on upgrades while seeding awareness for a relatively small sum of money. Dell unlike so many of the other box makers may view their customer base as an asset instead of a liability. And that mindset impacts every decision that is made.
