EGOC has caught many investors off guard by coming out of the quiet period and on their way to clicking on all cyclinders..

MM's may be keeping EGOC down to allow clients and investors to get on board. Whether we like it or not its just how it works.
Don't forget the short positions in EGOC that could be dangerously high which may include some of the MM's.
I have seen this many times where companies come out with good news and it takes several cycles to catch on normally attributable to MM's holding it down then letting it run....
Preliminary testing this week followed up with site testing end of month early August. This could get big and fast.
