Yes some investors selling to collect their gains, very few possibly selling for various reasons (perhaps the o/s increase LOL), but mainly as noquit has now informed us 'manipulation' from faux trades that the MMs can create to make it appear as though there are 'real' investors placing sell orders at X price (lower price than the ask). then when the ask price gets moved down to that 'created' sell order 'real' investors see it and some of them will actually put in a sell order for their REAL shares because they are suckers who believe for whatever reason the PPS may 'fall' and never get back up.
Throw in a month without a PR and it has naturally worked its way down... as this happens in every otc stock because the MMs have the power to create the faux trades which inevitably force the PPS down. However, if everyone holding shares understood this they would NEVER sell 'give in' to the game the MMs play. But, that will never happen, so the game must continue until the time comes when the company is fully reporting quarterly reports or making its move. money talks. and the MMs will not bother to play their 'game' at such a pace then, as they do now. Which in turn will provide steady PPS movements and a PPS that will ultimately be adjusted based on the financials. Right now and UNTIL the expected revenue arrives, the 'game' will continue. The PPS is highly dependent upon a PR update again and again in a start up company in need of revenue. If a PR came out next week that was a game changer a statement perhaps that tractors are being shipped to stores in bulk and they are in high demand then you can bet your bottom dollar the PPS would find new highs and a new resistance level. to which the MMs would simply have a new level to which they could move the PPS up/down.
The point is with all the faux trading the MMs do the PPS is literally imaginary at this point. It is not anything else. From time to time the MMs/shorts will lose money and esp with tytan that time is coming soon when they will get hit hard and realize they need to leave it alone.. but unfortunately most otc stocks are 'pump n dump' companies with poor management and no real assets, product, or capital to ever generate real income therefore the 'stock' while it lasts (before the company is at 0001 or removed via bankruptcy)provides a nice little nest that the shorts can gain profits. It is criminal and should be stopped, but ha, the pink sheets... who cares
