from the beginning of 2011 till april close to 5-6 billion shares have changed hands...i believe our o/s should be close to 13 billion .imo
like i said before prom is an unmerciful diluter that has never given anything back to investors..imo over 2 years now in ghana why has not gerry-dror given investors all details?imo again you need to show the world you are a real company and mine so i doubt prom has to worry about any hostile takeover.imo fwiw we do know dror was in ghana around 2008 staying at the TELECENTER HOUSE in ACCRA but still that ,while a little hopeful,does not mean prom resources mines or madagascar gold and gems ltd mines there.imo
