The "as" is 20.5B and the "os" is approximately 8.4B. The 8.4 B os has not been changed in the last year or so. It seems no dilution.

The reason for the 20.5B "as" is that to ensure no hostile take over. IMO.

If PRMO is real company, it will explode. IMO.
