Please try to contain yourself. I don't know Dean personally, so I won't offer to defend him, but Mike Nessen, I DO know.
You seem to carefully choose your words ('guilty OR innocent', 'IF they are guilty') to avoid actual attack, but the general thrust is the same: a personal assault on the man's character. Mike is not the person you've described.
If you're going to file charges against the company, do it. Maybe you could set up a new discussion forum for that event. This board is for discussing the STOCK, correct?
My two cents? The stock has been hovering at $.08 for what, months? I'll hold out and see what happens. Yeah, I should have sold a bunch when it was pushing $2 ..but that was my mistake. Maybe it's a dog right now, but maybe it will turn around. No matter, I'll reserve my insults for the stock, not a good guy like Mike Nessen.
