Farrago. I agree with your analysis. I'm mid to long SMKY. Looking for $0.70 or better.

Some clarification is needed here relative to expectations for SMKY launch timing and related events, as follows:

1) Affiliate marketing campaigns with Weight Watchers and others that are non-commission revenue streams are wonderful for us, but also require SMKY to have a minimum of financing "in place" in order to pay their monthly ad fees. I remain very confident in the fruition of our financing options, but don't be looking for our launch with WW and these affiliates to begin in two weeks; it should happen within the month of August assuming such minimum financing is received.

2) This week I viewed, with great excitement, the new branding designs of our Smoky Market logo and web site layout that are awesome. Cash from sales of the oven lease Units continues to flow in to cover costs and the web site will be ready "by or before" August 15th. When the site is ready, SMKY "will" open its market doors for on-line ordering to commence revenue, as we have identified certain channels of media and social network marketing that can be utilized at minimal cost for launch. Revenue, in turn, will help assure larger financing comes forth to launch affiliate campaigns with WW, etc.

3) Our audit process continues to move nicely and we remain on schedule for SEC filings to be made by or before August 15th. This event, along with the launch of our web site and beginning of revenue, will be the trigger point for sale of our Preferred Stock to be initiated, which will be great fun and bring forth heavy exposure for SMKY's product and stock awareness. We'll be hosting public "YUMMY FESTS" in selected cities to showcase our food and investment opportunity. Again, the terms of our Preferred Stock financing will be respectful of, and favorable to our equity.

Shareholder support is enabling SMKY to achieve its objectives and most importantly, remain in control of the terms and conditions to secure favorable financing. It's the structure of financing at this key stage that ultimately determines near-term pricing strength and long-term appreciating value; our position is strong and very unique.
