I do not believe anymore in a real bounce. Currently I am thinking about getting out and accept my enormous loses. There are compabnies where the story makes reason. The US economy is in an enormously critical situation, less jobs, US is nearly bancrupt..........people are getting really scary - all in all a really bad situation for SPKL, for their own restaurants but especially for franchise.
I take into account that insider might throw shares into the market after a while, for even less than .06.

SPKL is, no doubt, no good investments at all anymore. Phantasy is gone, confidence is gone, management forces dilution, and the food section is in a bad condition in general. Just see the daily volume. The story is out of the focus of the market.
