Latest SEC filing. headline: MORE DILUTION. it seems that the ever fiduciary Board of directors has issued themselves more stock on lieu of compensation. Yes, making our shares less valuable. Typical strategy. And lack of cash flow signals. I hope we get a bounce so we can all get out before D Day!!
