We all will be more than happy to agree with you, StarSpangled. Just that getting up each morning, and checking out PIHN for news even before brushing your teeth or getting your coffee ready, wears you down.... Excuses and more excuses are that we have seen ever since that Telecom company that had 12 million in revenue, based in Florida, just vanished into thin air...

Remember, we pushed most of 2010 believing in that acquisition taking shape ?

The precedent has certainly been set by Kuni to push things out, however I agree with you. I doubt their risk auditor is calling their clients and just giving them a heads up that in a few months it will be a new company they are dealing with. I could be wrong. I don't know what the "process" is that has begun. Surely it isn't a several month process though.
