The precedent has certainly been set by Kuni to push things out, however I agree with you. I doubt their risk auditor is calling their clients and just giving them a heads up that in a few months it will be a new company they are dealing with. I could be wrong. I don't know what the "process" is that has begun. Surely it isn't a several month process though.
