It will be interesting to see if they can actually do it without the SEC stepping in. As has been pointed out they told a similar story 3 years ago. If they can pull it off and stuff Flushaway into a clean shell with low OS - they could make huge money dumping commons and leave PYCT with its nearly 23 billion commons in the dust.

I wonder how the pilot thingie is workin out? LOL! August is almost here! Maybe there will be more news "after the holiday".
