You're right Oil and My God it took long enough. Many great companies including WAMU have been taken down by these evil hedgies who hide behind counsel and try to claim attorney-client privilege, well the DOJ will be knocking on the doors of Appaloosa, Centerbridge, Owl Creek and Aurelis. They will not be able to hide behind that privilege.. DOJ has to knock real soon.
I mean what if the Attorneys who were doing the negotiating for the hedge funds with JPMC and FDIC, were trading in our securities, I believe this goes deeper than we can even fathom.
