I always thought the Harp was designed to Detect Inflamation at the Cellular Level. The Purpose of Early Detection is that it would Predict Abnormal Cell Growth and the ONSET of Possible Cancers

That if Inflamation was Detected at the Cellular Level that 90% of CANCERS WOULD BE PREVENTED...

This is the Key Purpose/Function of the Harp!!!!
