I'm sure part of the run-up was due to momentum players jumping on board. But there were a lot of expectations that the company was going to start building machines and begin signing JVs once the permits were in place. So far, that hasn't happened. Just company silence except for some minor fuel supply contracts. JB needs to start showing some progress towards his 2-year production goal.
