Good to know SCFR cut ties with ATNP, though now we know for certain that we aren't going get the promised stake in that company (though we already figured it was BS given the SEC investigation). This is new territory for me, so I guess I will chalk it up as a learning experience and move on. at least now we know where we stand on scfr. those shares coming back to ATNP mean an increase in chris's holdings which might motivate him to pull one more rabbit out of the hat. maybe, just maybe we can salvage something out of this mess yet. there is movement in atnp stock so where there is life there is hope good day to all
Finally an update!!!! Nice find. Looks like we never will be awarded any shares, the tellytube shares remain worthless. Chris will soon no longer hold office.
Not sure if he was the entire company.....
New management new name needed if we are to ever do anything with these shares. I still have mine on the market for 0.00001 and no takers.
My guess is after the judge gets through with Chris, he will be banned from trading and holding office. They should liquidate all his personal assets and return whatever he can to the people he scammed. That should be the very least since he isn't going to jail. I know that we won't see a dime after all this though.
