Here is the latest... No more GOTV...

These are the facts, not much can be done about it, but the facts anyway.. best we can hope for is a class action lawsuit to buy back these shares based on the result of Chris trial.. SCFR is basically washing thier hands of GOTV and the possible legal implications.

Still don't understand how SCFR can legally drop the GOTV, since it was already approved through SEC? it is not the stockholders fault for Chris's actions???

"Therefore, by mutual agreement with Atlantis Technology Group, the GOTV subsidiary is hereby returned to Atlantis Technology Group, and all shares held by Security First International Holdings have been returned to Atlantis Technology Treasury."

Mr Holt, serving as production enhancement officer, helped develop and design well head controllers and invented two down hole tools that are still used today in applications in the oil business. He assisted in taking a start-up independent oil company and turned it into a $15 million company . Having done work with Chesapeake Oil, Marathon and many independent oil companies in the 15 years spent in this area, Mr. Holt has the expertise to lead the new direction of the company.

Further updates on potential acquisitions and new product ideas are to be forthcoming, and information will be released as soon as these additions are in place.
