Didn't someone post, maybe it was Round, that FH has already submitted his books to an auditor? It was probably around a year ago. We never heard the outcome of this audit, but I am assuming it will be the basis of all following audits. CETEK probalby now has 2 years of audited results ready to go.

1. How many furnaces does CETEK has in Poughkeepsie, what effieciency are they running at and are there plans to add more, if so when?

2. How many frunace does CETEK have in Clarksburg and is there plans to add furnaces there, if so when?

3. What is the status of the fuel cell association with GE?

4. What is the status of the bussiness relationshp with MOT?

5. How many years of audited books does CETEK have?

6. What is the status of Display Tek?

7. Since that last pr did not mention revenues, did the revenues for the 1st quarter of 05 increase, if so by how much?

8. Where and when is the next SHM?

9. Are the 40 by 40 inch ceramics selling, If so how fast.
Iternationally or domesticly? How the being used for displays or some othere purpose?

10. What is your projected PPS for CETEK?

11. What is the current number of Shares Outstanding? Is there and effort to reduce the number of authorized shares?

12. What is the status of the share buyback? Is another buyback planned?

13. Why aren't unaudited revenues and expenses released?
