it seems this part distinguishes what he is trying to say,
"Are you a common equity holder of TSC? If so, neither that plan nor our valuation analysis has been filed either, and as such, it would be premature for me to discuss that publicly."

so obviously no value - which he straight forward stated-- for TSN shares, which are not traded publicly, correct? and the shares for TSC-- which is our shares, he cannot discuss because he doesnt know yet-- commons are still in play and should not be considered "worthless" as some are stating, pretty easy to discern this from the email,
