I sent an email to the lead attorney (Arik Preis) a few days ago and this is the reply I received yesterday (7/11/2011) (TSC commons are still intact but of course not the TSN equity):

from: Preis, Arik <apreis@akingump.com>
to: xxxx xxxxx <xxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.com>
cc: Schultz, Sarah A. <sschultz@AkinGump.com>
subj: RE: Terrastar Bankruptcy question...

Although we have not yet filed a plan to distribute the proceeds from the sale, there likely will be no value for current common equity holders of TSN. Are you a common equity holder of TSC? If so, neither that plan nor our valuation analysis has been filed either, and as such, it would be premature for me to discuss that publicly.

hello Mr. Preis,

I am a Terrastar shareholder of record (nearly 8,000 shares). Will the Common Shares Remain Intact?

sincerely,
