To me, its always been a no-brainer. Sam will not accept Chapter 7, and now we've seen strong evidence of that.

I think the judge recently handed them a kind of ultimatum, whereby he told them that if they could not reach agreement they would face a verdict on Chapter 7, that he could send it through. That's what I think caused Sam's abrupt turnabout.
