the rescind occurs at a hearing which has been scheduled for 8-6-2011. IMO, before that hearing, Sam must fulfill his obligations to the APA (deliver the Harp) to XTEND.

They don't TELL the judge, they ask them, you're being completely unreasonable. You're telling us that you can not ask for an extension of time for a court date? wrong. you can.
