Edit: just saw your reply.

If it has an exclamation mark it is NOT working properly.

Rick click on the device, select uninstall.
When it finishes, click the icon on the top bar to search for new
devices (last icon on the right) and see if it reloads the driver
properly. If not, there is a corrupt driver or a conflict loading
the keyboard driver. There should be a message on the properties for
the device indicating why it cannot start or load with an error code.
