Let's keep the Facts Straight...It was Ben who first saw Dr. Lee & the Harp at one of the Medical Conventions back in 3rd Q '09. Than Ben ran & got Paul. Paul than Convinced Sam that he could Market this Device Globally, so he had SL Draw Up an Agreement.
It was sometime shortly after the 30 days were up that either:
1)Paul didn't disclose all of the Information/Financials
2)Sam has gotten a Bigger & Better Offer from one of the Giants in the Field or
3) Unknown...That is the X Factor, something happened or change that PISSED SL off & he NEVER turned over the Assets.!!!
Hopefully they will Resolve whatever it is that is holding us from moving forward...
I Believe Paul/Sam can SUCCEED in putting XMDC & the Harp on the Map!!!
