IVDN is always a good buy on the low side (bid) if you can get any significant amount of shares. However, there are very few shares available at these prices except from the occasional long term investor who simply runs out of patience or wants to take some cash elsewhere for a time. It's not a bad idea to keep a buy order in at or a little above whatever the MM bid is at any given time. You MAY get lucky before the company issues some good news on House Wrap or other major sales developments.
