I think I would be changing auditors.

He said the guy who is in charge of the Audit getting done (outsourced) was "out fishing" and couldn't be reached.

I got the same story. I called on Friday and Ali was very short and I got the impression from his conversation at the same time with someone in the office there was a PR being put together with a delay which will be reported tomorrow. Just my assumption

I spoke with him as well he gave me the same story. I feel the same way. Just be patient and hold for a week. I believe he is doing everything he can to make this thing fly.
