I spoke with Ali last Thursday.
He said the guy who is in charge of the Audit getting done (outsourced) was "out fishing" and couldn't be reached. I truly feel Ali is doing all he can and I am sure when the earnings come out we will see a huge rise in the PPS.

UBRG is at the mercy of the auditors right now and all we can do is hope they get the report out very soon.
