I know in your and the writers view any public company that issue shares to raise capital to fund its operation intends to dilute. complete hogwash.
The company has addressed this in its press release and has clearly stated its objectives anything else is scare tactics. I am sure if e they successfully use the resource to manufacture and expand you and the writer will have something else to say.
