This time (just like last time), after the confirmation hearing has concluded, Walrath will announce that she cannot issue a ruling "on the fly" due to so much testimony having been elicited, as well as the historic nature of the case. Her opinion will come to us as a written decision, which will keep all classes alive for a minium of 10+ days. And IF SG and BDO and PJS are skillful enough to score points on the PUBLIC RECORD (that the MMs will be listening to), then there is every chance that the ultimate outcome will be so uncertain that the PPS of all classes will bob along, pretty much the same as how it was when the hearing began (that's exactly what happened at the confirmation hearing in December.
The bottom line is this: your 'escape hatch' will not seal shut next week (nor the week after that). You will still have time to bail out. But you must take the time to LISTEN to ALL of the proceedings ... so that YOU can make a reasoned judgment as to how SG is faring againt Rosen.
