I believe he is stating if the stock fails, not the company. He is actually stating the company will probably do well.

He loses nothing, as it was stock investors money that made the company, not actual profits of sales that he had to do to make the company grow.

That was just a smaller part of it.

Extrinsic earnings created the rapid progress. If it ends at some point, does anyone really believe he made no money on the stock along the way ?
