If another company brought a product to market similar to BIEL's....they would be sued...much like how Apple is trying to sue Samsung. Biel owns the patent for this technology. Nobody else can produce a product with the same or similar technology

Yes I do. Andy has turned down higher offers in the past.
Remember BIEL has not been selling the product worldwide directly they were relying on distributors who never put any money in promotion etc. Now BIEL are actively marketing for the first time - started Sept 2010 so do all your comparisons on that as "zero day" and you will start to see the potential.
They have more products and better packaging and pricing as well.

For anyone else they would still have to go through FDA clearance and remember BIEL is defining the CATEGORY for any competitor to be judged by.
That is like Pfizer defining "Pain medication" and is worth a significant amount in itself.

I also believe the PEMF patent is pretty tight for USA, not sure about world wide. again cheaper to buy the company, or BIEL go into the licensing business as well.

Andy knows the value of the IP he has invented.
