I am test driving TD right now, the L2 is from their "trade architect". I have also have Think or Swim for options, and now that TD owns Think or Swim you can also use the Think or Swim standalone with the TD account ...but, the L2 will not work on Think or Swim for OTC/subpennies, they cannot figure it out. Oh, and they gave me free L2 to test out, opened a margin taxable. But, they are failing on the test drive so far: could not transfer some of my OTCs, f'ed up a transfer from my bank, L2 not working on Think or Swim...
