I saw a woman wearing a sweat shirt/dress like that last year. Her's said Guess on it. So I walked up and implants ?, in an inquisitive tone. SHE HIT ME !!!!!!!!!!!

Now as far as a possible buy out. When WDRP shows what they have and a manufacturer is decided on, then I believe a possible buy out could occur. I do not believe we currently have the necessary funds to be able to fullful all of our production contracts in place. Thus some funding will be necessary. Now before everyone goes crazy, remember WDRP has state in PR's that we have distributors that want to finance the production. However I believe whom ever we choose as our manufacturer, will see thewriting on the wall. Now a buy out can occur several different ways. Also remember that Robert is also a deciding factor and would also control a butout. Robert will aalways receive royalties what ever happens. He has stated for a fcat that he wants the product sold on the market because he will make money and that is a very good thing. He should be paid for his investion. He receives royalty money as well as money from the sale of every unit. But he is also smart enough to know it takes alot of money to start production, distribution ect, we could go on and on. Now Mr. Martel knows these facts as well. He has stated in a Pr comments about a buyout being a future possibility. Now the buyout itself I believe will happen in either one of two ways. The first is cash for outstanding shares, restricted or not. The remaining non issued shares would probably be canceled. However this is expensive. The second and most probable possibility is a share swap.Lets a large manufacturing company agrees to make out product. Well this size of a company probably has its own distribution network and marketing division. I say this because this company could not be a start up company, and knowing the size of our contracts, has to be able to meet the demand, thus they are big. In fact I am betting that they might even be in the same market or simular market wanting to expand their business intoa seperate division ? If it is a stock swap, and lets pretend that out complete stock value is estimated at a dollar. Now lets say that the company that wants up is valued at 20 dollars. A stock swap would mean that we as share holders would give 20 of wdrp for 1 of this other company. Now they might pay a slight premium to make the deal happen lets say an eatra .10 of a share of their stock for each 20 of ours. Thats how it has worked in the past with some companies I have owned. Robert would still rceive the stock swap as well as royalties for his patents and what else he can bargan for. I am not checking this for spelling and I am sure that there are other ideas out ther so lets hear them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO WDRP !!!!!!!!!!!!
