Starting to get "wacky" out here in Scottsdale too thank God.(i.e home and land prices). We are getting lots of folks selling homes on both East and West coasts, coming here flush with cash thinking we are some sort of bargain. God bless them all. Building materials have eased somewhat for us so we are able to put a bit in our pockets. Decent land is now the key. If you have it you are lucky. If you have it at prices from 4 and 5 years ago you are golden. We used to put homes on the market when we started framing...no way now...the longer we wait the more we get. Stupid stuff.

It may be cheaper to buy/build in the short term, but cheaper to lease in the long run, Stow.

Stow, is the horse property zoned for your manufacturing/warehouseing operation? I hear things are wild in Sacramento real estate both commercial and residential.
