The company came into being in September 2010. That is not a long time. Yes the shell of RTGV existed a long time but without the companies and technologies currently here. The program that has been developed and continually is made stronger can not be done in a short amount of time. In the end the company has to have the proper developments. That I have no info on. I can only guess and apply common sense
