I like your thoughts and your idea of how to trade this one but do me a favor. No do yourself a favor: Stop complaining if you can't change the facts (damn I sound like your dad). Complain, bitch, vent or whatever about stuff you can change and control but don't do it over stuff you cannot. Period. I wish I could have sold this long time ago and flipped it several times but I couldn't. Instead I kept buying more and more and the day will come. Booyah.
