I define "promos" as paying a group to run the stock up ...I define a pr as informing shareholders of newsworthy events ...such as ...closing a deal on 25% of 4 oil wells ....things like that ...now the content of these pr's ...according to the SEC is supposed to be true ....if anyone has any doubts about the thruthfulness of Gouger's pr's to date ...I suggest they contact them ...
