so "they" file "their" form 4's late, up to 6 months
means "they" expect the pps to move up. or "they" wait 6 months before "they" file form 4's and tell everyone how dumb "they" were 6 months prior because the pps went up. or "they" expect the pps to go up so "they" sell but don't tell anyone for 6 months. sneaky!!!!!!!
