Sounds like the plaintive cry of some shorts elsewhere today but I am afraid I have little sympathy.
I presume you weren't around when an early investor in BIPH declared himself amazed and surprised to find he had proposed to sell his shares. What it amounted to was that his and other shares were registered so that they could be sold.
Haven't heard of all the lawbreaking insiders filing late when they actually sell. Maybe this epidemic of crime has a reference or is it possibly imaginary?
palacian, more importantly, no insiders have filed to BUY shares. One would think they couldn't get enough of a "good thing"! :-))))))
I'm waiting on the next filing to see what happened to the OS during the fluffy PR blitz. A big waste of shareholders' money for a company that has big deals just around the corner, IMO.
