March? Try that there has been nothing of existence since December a PR proves nothing, read the Safe Harbor, it is a forward looking statement that provides no actual occurrences. You have nothing and continue to have nothing, so do not come looking for support of existence here. We all know it failed and has since been nothing more than selling shares to pay debt, accept it or don't. But do not expect us to believe anything when our DD has proven 100% reliable, how are those Q1 filings? No one to blame this time, no Frank Rawson's or Monique Berry's to place blame upon, the new management claimed Current Information tier and has now achieved a no information tier....a lie that has finally caught them.

Banyon, you seem to use "group" and team" when referring to BEHL. Also your use of the term, "previous board," strongly implies that there is currently an appointed Board doing business under the BEHL banner.

Who are these "group," or "team," or Board member's? Names? It seems odd for a public company, especially for Board member names being secret.

I have only seen the name of Burton being tossed about.
