Banyon, you seem to use "group" and team" when referring to BEHL. Also your use of the term, "previous board," strongly implies that there is currently an appointed Board doing business under the BEHL banner.

Who are these "group," or "team," or Board member's? Names? It seems odd for a public company, especially for Board member names being secret.

I have only seen the name of Burton being tossed about.
