You stand on "logic" and lack of information. How many shares has Paul sold/given to others who have sold/paid off debt(doubt he would because he is scum)...We don't know. There is no logic.
But hey, thanks again for reminding us Paul is the largest shareholder...Kind of explains our descent from nearly 4 pennies.
Just wondering if the judge were going to strip Paul of all his shares... what would Paul be left to do... I think it's possible that this was put to him and why BK 7 partially came about. I think Paul really wanted Lee and the Harp badly and made a wager with the devil that if he could get Lee and the Harp signed on back in 2009 that he could later renegotiate or slide through his share position... didn't happen... with all that's happened Lee basically would have gotten the company and Paul left with nothing... Paul imo is hoping the BK goes through I think more for spite (lots of emotions here) and anger that he couldn't negotiate with Lee...
