As I understand DTC will lock a security at times in order to clear up certain issues with their share supply, before allowing trading to proceed again. IMO, this has nothing to do with SFIO itself being locked by the SEC or any other permanent issue.

Again, EXACTLY how mine appears! # symbol after SFIO, N/A on bid and ask, as if it did not trade all day. I did see it trading through Scottrade during the day and all looked fine.
