I have scottrade and #sign appeared behind the SFIO ticker and N/A in both columns. When I called scottrade I was told it was a global lock on SFIO. ONLY FOR SCOTTRADE BROKERAGE HOUSE. It is up to each individual brokerage firm to decide to allow trades. The rep simply said "It may take a few days to straighten out". But again not all firms will do this. Its completely individual. And they do it to protect themselves and/or investors when they deam something questionable. Hope this helps.
