Yeah, this is a typical Cbay PR like the 18 ones before. Look what it says:
"Kevin Denniston announced today Cal-Bay is in the process of finalizing the acquisition of an established Phoenix Land Development Company."

In the end you will have to agree to me this Phoenix Land Development Company does not exist. I understand people making money out of a scam but making bagholders is against my pronciple.
