It could have very well been a hooker sting that got TS. Remember its a personal thing, its not a company thing. They are being charged because of their actions not manipulating the company as a scam. The kickback thingy is the nose. TS is history. The company should not pay for his defense. As an owner of the company, he crossed the line and will be making his dismissal pr tomorrow.
