That's got me a little worried. If it bounces back up, I will be one relieved sob, but I don't like them being listed as defendants very much at all. It does almost feel like someone has it out for this company, and if they do, how much of a chance does it have? Hopefully, I am just over reacting, but I am not selling like most people. There is no point to, so this thing probably has seen the bottom already. Where it most likely will sit, and we'll just have to watch and see if these shares I have become more than a bad lesson in investing. Maybe I will dollar cost average and buy some on the dip, I dunno... /shrug

Oh and this link is to a Las Vegas news source stating the company is included in the filed suit.

Also seeing the last name of SCHROEPFER BAETSEN is a first for me, maybe nothing, but after this news everything makes we wonder now.
