What I don't understand is how VFIN gets away without showing true size. I thought the new rules required showing all you had? Or, are they just gradually adding to keep from showing how much they have to sell?
The bid has been very heavy, but, the downward pressure has been created by VFIN staying at best ask. They only moved away for a few hours the morning most presplit shares were settled.
Odds are, there won't be any substantial upward movement until they are done selling.
