Civil War General, if you think Judge Walrath is "helping us", then you really don't understand the politics of what's going on.... Her confirmation opinion ruling the settlement was fair and reasonable was terrible... She basically allowed the debtor to hide and gift away all the assets in an effort to wipe our shareholders... She also said JPM had $54B in claims, with no data and rationale to back it up, which was also ridiculous..

Rather than tell me to use my brain, you might want to use yours and wake up... You might also want to get a new id and stop living in the past. The Civil War was ~150 yrs ago.

I agree with your post.

To add to it i would point out that they can not get a plan approved without all parties voting yes on it, unless the judge approves a cramdown because she's believes the POR is fair

That means even the common shares have to vote yes on this for the plan to move forward. We are automatically assumed to vote no when we are not given the chance to vote.

So If the judge really believes equity has value there is no way they can ever have an approved POR without us getting something.
